    个人简历:于2014年吉林大学物理电子专业获得博士学位。2012年-2014年获得日本理化学研究所International Program Associate(IPA)奖学金,在日本理化学研究所Laser Technology Laboratory实验室博士联合培养。2014年9月至今,于合乐888任教。主要从事激光微纳加工、微纳米技术、先进精密制造、激光干涉技术、微光学器件、仿生功能结构等相关工作。近年来主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、省部级基金1项、中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金资助2项、企事业单位委托横向项目2项。发表论文50余篇,申请发明专利5项。
